Frequently Asked Questions

What is DRS/Axial Decompression and what conditions can be helped?
DRS(Decompression, Reduction and Stabilization) is a specific, non-surgical, non-injection protocol used to gradually relieve disc compression and other related disc conditions often associated with low back or cervical pain, herniated and bulging disc, degenerative disc disease, sciatica pain, facet syndromes, numbness and tingling of the legs, neck pain, and even relapsed or failed back surgeries.

Why should I consider DRS?
The DRS protocol & treatment method is truly  revolutionary. It is the only non-surgical treatment procedure that I know of that has been shown to reverse intervertebral disc pressures into the negative range and therefore decompressing the spine. The DRS protocol was developed by a Neurosurgeon and a team of specialists.

The DRS protocol is proven and effective. Spinal Decompression has been studied extensively and validated clinically. And, tens of thousands of patients have obtained relief of chronic and debilitating symptoms.

The DRS protocol & treatment method is non-surgical, non-injection and non-invasive. The complications from surgery can be severe and may result in debilitating conditions. DRS is painless and involves no recovery time.

Is chronic pain a common condition?
Chronic pain is a very serious condition, yet there was no satisfactory treatment. Pain medications do not always work, even if they work, they do not solve the problem. Their long term use is associated with risks, sometimes they cause addiction. Epidural injections sometimes relive the pain partially and temporarily, but they do not cure the underlying problems, which cause back and neck pain.

What about surgery?
Surgical procedures may relieve the pain, however, they change the anatomy of the back, are painful, have complications and a significant rate of failure. Many patients feel after surgery much worse than before it.
